Vaulta Finance (“the App”) is a personal finance management application developed by SkilaAI. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account Information

• Email address (used for authentication only)
• Display name (optional)

Financial Data

• Transaction records you create
• Vault goals and balances
• Income and expense categories
• Financial profile and health score data

Voice Data NOT stored

• Voice recordings are processed in real-time for transaction input
• Audio is not stored on our servers — it is processed and immediately discarded
• Speech recognition uses on-device APIs where available

Usage Data

• Anonymized app usage analytics to improve the product
• Crash reports for stability improvement (via Sentry)

• To provide and maintain the App's features
• To sync your data securely across your devices
• To generate your financial health score
• To provide personalized coaching suggestions
• To improve the App based on anonymized usage patterns

• Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS)
• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
• Row-level security ensures you can only access your own data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only exceptions are:

• Supabase — secure database and authentication provider
• Sentry — crash reporting (no personal financial data is included)
• Legal requirements — if compelled by applicable law

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you
• Export your data at any time from the App
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of analytics at any time in App settings

Vaulta Finance is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
